* Parents must be a Booster Club Member all four years of students high school career

* At least a 3.25 GPA

* Participate in at least 3 sports, including 2 during their senior year

* 5 Varsity Letters

* Student must email application and essay to westdubboosters@gmail.com by April 1

* Cap at 10 scholarships with board discretion

* Paid to student athlete at completion of their first semester of college.
